We are a charity that brings employers into higher education to help develop a local diverse workforce. We work in the Universities with highly diverse student demographics and offer Higher Education the following programmes within the curriculum:

Masterclasses

Leaders drawn from many disciplines delivering inspirational talks on success.

Employer Led Problem Based Learning

Real time case studies and problems set by the employer in conjunction with academia.

Guest Speakers

Workshops delivered by Employers to students - exploring how the theory they are taught applies to real life work situations.

Employer Led Employability Workshops

Volunteers from top employers delivering workshops on soft skills development.

Mentoring

Senior business/industry professionals mentoring undergraduates and recent graduates; acting as sounding board for students who are beginning to plan and think about their career options.
