We are an organization dedicated to increasing graduate level employment outcomes for students from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities.
The Adab Trust believes in building strong relationships with its students to help them achieve their career and job aspirations and in building strong employer relations in order to tackle the issue of under-representation of BAME graduates in graduate training programmes and at management level in large firms and organisations.
