Steps to Success
Steps To Success is an employer-led multi-stage programme that mirrors current best practice in graduate recruitment processes. This includes SHL ability testing, interviews, assessment centres and critical feedback at all stages.
It was successfully piloted in 2007. We have had graduate employment outcomes for a number of students who are now working at Bates Wells & Braithwaite LLP, Ernst & Young LLP, HMRC, JP Morgan, Shell, State Street Bank, Tower Hamlets Council and Unitas Communications.
Due to strategic changes and a new direction of work, the S2S programme is now closed.
