The Adab Trust's Mentoring Programme enables corporate volunteers mentor undergraduates and recent graduates. These mentors support and encourage their mentees to maximise their potential, develop personally and acquire the skills they need to secure their ideal jobs. |
|
In our experience, we have found that while mentoring is highly effective in boosting the confidence of mentees, mentors have also indicated that the experience of supporting a young person has been very rewarding. During the 2013/14 academic session, 25 Adab mentors mentored 25 undergraduates at University of Greenwich. The mentors are: |
